I purchased 3 tickets to see this movie in all its glory! And it was the worst experience I had for the following reasons:- 1, The Glasses were smaller than the 3DX ones and they seemed to be darker, I felt something was wrong with my eyes all the time and kept wiping them to make sure it was clear, but they were a total waste of time as the picture was blurry a lot of the time and there was not much clarity like in the 3DX one which I also paid for 4 people to watch! After the movie had finished we all talked to find out we had the same problems! 2, They had air blowing on us so much, for just about anything and at times when no air should have been felt or been present at all eg in the Water! Come on guys! 3, The chair movement moved for nothing half the time and when you would have expected it to move it did nothing! It felt like someone was kicking the back of my chair half the time and that I was going to get a serious head ache! 4, The Air again its smelled really bad! I do not know who decided to put this foul cent in it but it made me feel sick! 5, We all expected to feel the water effects of the water sprays and splashed and it was like a little water gun being fired in your direction, and there was even one guy that wore a rain coat, and that shows he too believed it was going to be an immersive experience! It was not worth the money I paid for 3 people to watch it and you will have a far more better time watching it in 3DX! As this was the reason we decided we wanted to see it again and go all the way and watch it in 4DX, a total waste of time and money!

I have booked to see a movie this weekend with my daughter and want to add on more tickets, because of the distancing regulations I can not get my family members sat next to us.
I have tried every number under the sun listed to call cineworld, none of which are working. The complaint line dropped out immediately, I’ve contact them on the number listed Facebook and used the number it says it has changed to, this rings and then drops out every time. I have tried 27 times to call. Absolutely terrible customer service, would have thought they would be going above and beyond to get people back through the doors.
