Asked to buy 6 laptops at the Stafford shop, £500 each. I was told to go to Stoke, 20 miles away where i could talk to business team. Was given no phone number so i could call instead or directions to the store. I was turned away and you have lost £3000 worth of business. The manager was asked to help but wouldnt even talk to me.

PC World are the worst company I have ever dealt with. Their support is crap. they leave you on hold for hours and never transfer you to the right department.

care plan

Absolutely shocking service. I purchased a care plan however when I actually needed to use this service there is no care shown at all. The customer service is appalling that is when you can actually get to speak to someone who doesn't hang up on you then no one listens to reasons why you are calling. My request to speak to a manager was refused!! I would highly recommend steering clear of Currys at all costs as if you have an issue they are absolutely no help at all!

Online account and store
City where company is located (optional): Exeter

This Company is one big joke I will never buy from them again, had faulty headphones witch is still under warranty but getting exchange is near on impossible as didn’t have in stock could not log into my online account as they’ve got problems with there website and Staff in the Exeter store are next to useless when it comes to helping you good luck returning anything to the store because I have tried and it’s bad there is no option for online help for your account password, when you ring up for help with your online account I got hung up on three times and even passed to a different colleague they did not even know why I got past to them shocking customer services I even got told by one of the colleagues behind the desk in the Exeter store that if I put my email in it would tell me when it was back in stock this is not the case because you have to add it to the basket and pay for the item so the only way I could do is to buy the item at full price then take back for refund and get exchanged but why couldn’t someone told me this after three visits to the store to see if they had in stock wow!! There complaint number is just the same number for customer services but there is no option to take you to get through to complaints you just get hung up on laughable no!

Service for my 65 Samsung tv
City where company is located (optional): Kirkcaldy

This is the worst experience i have ever had by company i had a 65 inch tv that was faulty after owning for two and a half years i finally got through to team know how as the manager of the store isn't aloud to sort this out for me you have to ring up and sort the repair out yourself and you be lucky to get through to them with in the hour . so here it is they had my tv for two weeks cant repair it gave me a E Voucher for £1000 which i couldn't get the same specification tv i had to ring up again which took over a hour to get through to them told them this they said they need 72 hours to decide on what to do they got back to me with a better offer of £1200 which i accepted you think that be the end of the matter but they just sent me a other E Voucher of £100.

so am short of £100 i have tried to ring up for last 2 days and have been cut of 3 time after over a hour on hold each time by the way.

I bought my tv out of pc world in Kirkcaldy and the manager said it shocking the way they changed things as the manager used to sort this out in store which was so easy for the customer but now its a nightmare and even worse i can only spend this voucher in pc world which i don't want to as this service is shit. i will put this review up with my details in the hope i don't have to ring team know how.

On a normal business day parked on your car park thinking pc world is open. After years of giving my custom to you disappointed getting a ticket from vehicle control services. In the middle of the pandemic I thought it was safe to park away from the crowded area. Ticket reference is vcs6025936. It’ll be nice if you can resolve this matter with vcs and I no there are other people upset by this as well.
