After ordering 6 items from OLF on 05 September 2021 I was told the items would be delivered at the beginning of November 2021 if not sooner well in time for Christmas I was informed. This date pasted so I emailed at the end of November to request a date of my items. I was then emailed to confirm it would now be after Christmas. After not having any contact again I emailed to query the order on 05 February 2022, to date I have not received any response to that email. However I received a txt on 28 March 2022 to state the delivery of the items would be 01 April 202. From this information I arranged for my furniture I had to be removed. I received a message a day before the delivery providing a 3 hour slot . The morning of the delivery I received a message to confirm only part of the order was to be delivered and the table top was missing. I called immediately as I had already arranged for my previous table to be removed and I need a table as I am currently working from home. Also with Easter approaching I would have nowhere for my family to sit for Easter Sunday Lunch planned. I was told the table top would be delivered the following Wednesday. The items were delivered, the base of the table and three chairs as the 4th was damaged and the delivery person confirmed that the damaged chair would need be returned and a new one delivered. Tuesday of this week I received a txt providing a 3 hour slot of my delivery for Wednesday 10.30 to 1.30 no delivery was made. I called on Friday waited over 20 mins to be answered spoke to a male and confirmed I had not received my table top as agreed and I was currently sat on a chair with my laptop on pillows doing my work all week from the hours of 8am to 6pm as I had no table ( as you can imagine this is not doing my back any good as I am not sitting correctly ) The male informed me that he would need to transfer me to another department where to my dismay he passed me back into a queue where I had to wait for another 40 mins to be answered. I then had to relay the whole scenario once more the the lady who checked with their depot to why the table top was not delivered as agreed. The depot confirmed as there was no table top they could not deliver the item. I confirmed I needed the table as I was working from home and I also had plans for Easter Sunday and I needed a table to sit my family. I was informed that it would more than likely be the end of April before the table to[p was delivered. I have informed the lady to cancel the whole order, where the items already delivered are to be collected on 29 April 2022. I cannot put into words how disappointed, angry I am with the service I have received. Not once have I received any response to my emails I have sent, or have I received a call to apologise or confirm when the missing items will be delivered. After all it has taken 7 months for the items to be delivered and even then the order was not correct. Clearly your company does not want my service for the large order. I did try not to place a rating however it would not allow me to submit without one
