Amazing customer service from the Gyle branch's Kirsty. I had the most exquisite little lab diamond studs pierced in my earlobe as my second piercing. Kirsty was excellent; she took her time to make sure I was satisfied with the placement and to thoroughly explain the aftercare and her actions. She is highly recommended; excellent service; many thanks!

I adore Claire's and was thrilled to see that they offered nose piercings. In addition to being incredibly kind and patient, the manager who got my nose pierced also had a terrific sense of humour, which helped me elax. Using the aftercare lotion has helped my nose recover nicely, and I love how my nose looks now. We appreciate the efforts of the entire Wolverhampton Branch staff, particularly the two sisters!
