I have to say that I was shocked to read so many negative reviews about MBNA because, when I needed to file a Section 75 claim, I received wonderful service from them. Yes, I had to wait on hold for a little while—probably five minutes or so—but the advisor I spoke with was incredibly helpful, comforting, and efficient once I was connected. They resolved my problem over the phone, processed my refund promptly, and laid out the future course of events. As previously stated, while I am unable to speak for everyone else, my experience was positive!

I will, in fact, write a thorough evaluation. I had a possible credit card information breach a few days ago while travelling in China. I phoned back to MBNA in Chester a couple of times; the first call was fairly bad (she disconnected me), but the second time I called, I spoke with Lisa, who was fantastic. It's amazing, we figured out what had happened together, and she paid me back for my trouble. Thus, Lisa, thank you.
