Rubbish company , didn’t pay Ryanair full ticket price that was taken from my account , calling from abroad service is not helpful, low and poor customer service , never in my life book holiday with this idiots again , hotel was poor, transfer was dirty .and unfriendly

Absolutely disgusted, flight, transfers and hotel. Missed our flight had to book with jet 2 the following day. Transfer was a sham. Apartment was disgusting and the wrong one!! Not what we asked for. Absolutely terrible. Paid out almost another 500 pounds. Just for a crap holiday. Only had a few decent days. Which is horrific. Never going with love holidays or Ryanair ever again.

Disgusting customer service tried to remove passengers from booking and get a refund, numerous chats via live chat awaiting hotel response, rubbish i have contacted the hotel and had a email back within less than 24 hours.
This is the first and the LAST time i will ever use this company, they have made the who experience of going on holiday so stressful.
DONT use this company.

holiday cancelled last year 2020 due to covid.. was issued refund note, now i cant get cash refund. phone lines and live chat extinct, can only get through (magically) if booking holiday, otherwise all avenues firmly closed. my credit note runs out on 30th sept 2021, but i cant get through anywhere.. there is no direct route, only obstacles. i received text on my phone (non reply) informing me my refund note is about to expire and to get in touch with them,,, well it is impossible... you would expect they would have an alert dept to deal with this fiasco, but they conveniently avoid it, and no contact can be made, there is absolutely no way to get in touch regarding cash refund, but i bet when notes expire evertything will suddenly come available. these cowboys should be locked up in the tower,, a more reprehensible shower does not exist..it is amazing they still tout the ATOL insignia. what sham.. fraud squad should be put in action. and directors assets should be seized the same as drug dealers money

I was informed my chosen hotel which was AI with a English speaking entertainment team was not going to be open for my holiday on 1/7/21. There was no choice of other hotels and i was sent to hotel with no activities or entertainment which catered for Spanish/German guests. I was the only English speaking guest, did not even have any English TV to watch so needless to say i had a shit time

Disgusting!! Customer care is NIL. Will NOT be using these again. I only gave 1 start because I had too, They do not deserve any stars!!!!!

Very unhappy with love holiday cancellation of flight team. Their emails are unclear and not at all helpful. They have caused me so much stress and still 16 days on holiday is not sorted but they were quick to take my money for a holiday I have not got yet

Good morning,

We have used you for the last 7 years.

This stops here.

You have not help those with a fact that you missold us private transfers, and that the transfer didn't even take us from the airport.

This is customer service at its poorest.

I'm going to leave a bad review on every site there is available, and also you've just lost a the customer.

Unless you're really considering going bankrupt the very soon, I would sort it out immediately. You're running a shambles with your non existent sales aftercare!

Plenty of other travel firms to choose from, I really hope your high paid boss gets this message loud and clear.
