I tried getting the business rate by calling Lambeth Council. Eventually, Miss Katie, a coworker, responded to my message and assisted me in solving it. I sincerely appreciate your thoughtfulness and thank you very much for your assistance.always suggest. 👍🏽

Lambeth Council, you really need to look at how you treat your tenants. It's an absolute disgrace. Trying to get repairs done is a thing of the past, and contacting someone to ask for repairs is a joke. My wife has called you nonstop for hours on end because you never show up to do repairs, which is a nightmare in and of itself. You really don't realise how much stress you cause other people because you genuinely don't care. If you're not interested in your work, step aside and let someone else handle it.
