i bought my kia sportage 5 months ago from hpl motors after a few weeks the engine light came on i phoned hpl motors they told me to take it the nearest kia garage because its still under warranty so i did worst mistake ever] the changed the pressure sensors that didnt work so after 20 visits to them they finally found out the problem dpf filter which needed replacing so after having my car for another 9 days they tell me the warranty is void ? this after replacing parts few weeks before under warranty ? hpl and are pushing the blame to each other it looks like kia willing to replace cheap parts under warranty but when it come expensive parts they are trying to get out of it so it looks this great deal 7yr warranty is not worth the paper its on think before you buy a kia motor relly would not recommend them if any one there can give me some advice please do so not a happy kia customer

My Sportage has a water leak in the boot for more than 2 years. Service Centre in Durban can not find the fault. With the bad rain in Durban the entire boot was filled with water, and Kia Durban does not get back to me. Should I post this bad service on social media, and hello peter?
