Jaguar f pace
City where company is located (optional): Ascot

We bought our Brand new Jaguar F Pace from Ascot branch in September 2019 and Alex Newton was the dealer . This branch is no more exists for us to write review . I understand it’s moved to west London .
We took our Jaguar to service centre bracknell 2 weeks ago as we were not happy with the tires .
They serviced the car , charged £475 but no change of tires .
They agreed the tires needs to be replaced and it’s illegal.
We remember the dealer was saying to us we can easily go up to 25000 miles before we change them .
We only reached 12000 miles .
We also checked with family and friends , checked website and it all says Brand new Car can go up to minimum 6 years without changing the tires .

They said it will cost £245 each tires !
We were very upset about this situation as we never expected this to be happened from an expensive brand new Car .
We wrote the emails to the dealers and managers , but no one replied to the emails or provided any support with this issue .
We spent around £1000 to change all the tyres again !

Very disappointed with this service and the car !!

Please please please could you turn off your TV thats situated on the side of your building after 12.00 midnight. There is fault with the TV system that causes the lights to flash through the night.

I live at 236 Yatesbury Avenue Castle Vale opposite these screens and as you can see at the time of sending this complaint i am still awake as i am most nights because your TV screens light up our bedroom every time they flash, and as i am a light sleeper they keep me awake.

At this time of isolation all i am asking for is the chance to be able to get asleep.

Please help me.
