If there is negative here, I would. The coach transfer in Jet2Holidays package left before the pick up window time. Their instruction was “7-7.30” pick up time. We arrived 7.09, rang the customer service and was told the transfer has gone and we have to take taxi. Why the hell would they mentiom 7-7.30 if transfer will leave before 7.30??? They dont offer any transfer instead they asked us to pick up a taxi! Horrendous company!
