After a little more than two years of use, one of the selector buttons on my Hornby Elite broke. I sent Hornby this item, asked if it could be fixed, and offered to cover the necessary expenses. After just over a week, it was brought back, both encoders updated and replaced, and I was not charged for it. It is now operating flawlessly. Excellent, timely, professional, and efficient service. I've bought a number of Hornby model train goods; they were well packed and arrived quickly. No issues at all; the models arrived flawlessly, and the engines functioned well with lights and sound to heighten the realism. I have joined their collectors club. This provides a range of unique goods, and I've been happy overall.
