Arrogance and ignorance of staff
City where company is located (optional): Preston

(please omit my previous complaint it was out of context and not checked)
I enquired about a Yacht Master at Rolex in Preston Lancashire, and was told I would have to purchase something else to get on the list , I asked to see a Brietling Premier B01, the staff member was ignorant to what a Panda Dial was and had no idea about basic watch descriptions, I don’t know if this was her first day or what, but I gave her the benefit of the doubt. If I’m going to be spending that sort of money I want the sales staff to be knowledgeable on the product range and terms. She also came across as fantastically arrogant, like I am doing her the favour! Either way the experience rubbed me up the wrong way. And is making me consider other brands (JLC Zenith). ‘Being up yourself’ isn’t a good look!!
