When I finally found it after a very difficult initial visit, I discovered that the small number of tourist spaces were always being occupied by staff members and that the car park was mostly for their use. I waited for someone to go for thirty minutes before snagging a spot! - Large double-fronted glass patio doors and an expansive, open lobby area characterise the building. There's a waiting area with plenty of pamphlets about family-friendly activities and local events. Additionally, there were excellent local train and bus schedules available.
The steps leading down to the offices have been replaced with a small lift, and there is a larger elevator for ascending. Hence, wheelchair and disability access is good.

Appointments are readily available, and the staff does their utmost to be helpful and polite.
