Trying to get a credit on my account
City where company is located (optional): ASHINGTON

Trying to get someone to help is impossible have phoned on numerous times all the different numbers just keep getting passed on!!! I have returned a coat on 03/12/2020 ref DOPP120785419 I have tracked this and you have received parcel I would like a full refund plus the interest.

I ordered a pair of shoes in store on09/09/2020 - for next day delivery- payment via iPad did not initially provide order no - so I was asked to present my card again - this appeared to go through & order number was received - shoes arrived next day - but payment was taken twice from my account - I have phoned the store 3 times sent a dozen emails to their customer service dept _ provided my bank statement as proof of their error twice - & still have not had apology or reply or refund - beware when this happens to you
