After spending two hours on the phone, Jade visited my elderly mother once more and set up direct debits for her. We no longer need to be concerned that she won't pay her debts. This lifts a tremendous burden off many people's shoulders, including mine.
Jade, I appreciate all of your help over the past two months. My mother and I are receiving genuine support from the UK social services for the first time in many years, and I can't express how much of a relief this is and how much less stress we are both under now.
