I never imagined that I would give my local government a five-star rating. In the past, I had negative encounters with the roads department. But still...They were excellent about the damage to my car during the road construction this time. They were prompt, supportive, and sympathetic. My problem was promptly fixed.

To everyone at Gloucestershire Social Services, I'm thankful. In a moment of extreme need, accommodations were given to me while travelling west on the M4.
