Well I will start with our hot tap around 5 months ago. It was making a irritating noise, so dopey from the council comes out and isolates the hot tap. So we were without hot water . That was 5 months ago lmao thanks Cardiff council. No they have switched off the boiler coz it was playing up only the on and off button but they have now switched off our boiler and that was a week ago so we will probably be without a boiler for the rest of the winter. And the phone service is appalling.
