Bristol Water is the most convenient and effective utility business to work with, and I say this as a landlord. Excellent customer service representatives who are always polite and promptly respond to phone calls. In the many years that we have dealt with them, they have never made an error with any of our invoices. Please don't make any changes.

In order to create my account and update my email address with them, I had to call twice in the span of two days. When you call them, the call handlers are quite pleasant, easy to understand, and very quick to answer the phone. This is a great illustration of how to provide good customer service. No STUPID options exist, and inputting numbers via the keypad merely results in the handler requesting the same information again. Not having to wait.
