pathetic council. The parking permits they sell are insufficient, the neighbourhood playing field is being flooded with raw sewage, and the streets are in disarray, as they have acknowledged for the past three years. They just act as though you are bothering them, and they do nothing about it. Furthermore, they are among the few councils that have increased council taxes this year.

Who goes by the name Dickie, deserves credit where credit is due. Every time I visit the local amenities in Caerphilly, I always find Mr. Evans to be incredibly friendly, straightforward, and proud of how well-kept everything is. On one occasion, I misplaced my driver's licence, and Mr. Evans went above and beyond to make sure I got it back. Thank you, Mr. Evans of the Caerphilly County Borough Council, and well done.
