I made an online booking on 29th March, Korean airline price is HKD12475.25
after 3 days, on 1st April, the price dropped to HKD10625 etc. I paid extra 200USD for the same eticket. I am quite disappointed of your website, mentioned the best price but not the reality. I am claiming for compensation my lost .

I have over paid on 2 rooms in Fort Lauderdale - first time using booking.com WILL NEVER SO THAT AGAIN - complaint process is terrible.

being charged twice for same booking

I have been in contact with your booking assistant system since I realised I had been double charged for booking number 3439872278 . I have tried to send them proof of the payments on numerous occasions including one they asked for that had originated from booking.com including PDF formatted documents which I have had to pay someone to do as I am elderly and cannot cope with complicated computer skills. I have asked if I can send these documents through the post but that was ignored. I find your systems discrimatory and it has all caused me a huge amount of time and stress.

I booking The Old Stonehouse in Rye East Sussex England, and Booking.com have booked a place in South Africa!!! When I tried to contact them, their website livechat and messages doesn't work, and no one is answering the phones!!! Useless! Don't use them!

Hotel Booking

I booked a hotel in Kalamazoo MI for a short stay. The Hotel was dirty, smelled. Bookings.com charged $149 cancelation fee for a room that cost $180 for the night. Bookings.com would not change the cancelation fee. The front test was rude and would not help. We cancelled the room and had to book at another hotel. i will never use Bookings.com again.

ABSOLUTE DISGRACE OF A COMPANY TO DEAL WITH IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG. All they want is your money but like all these big companies have crap customer service and all you get are automated emails. DISGRACE
