An amazing experience—I bought my used 2018 BMW X2 SUV from Snow BMW. I recently found out that there was a problem with the gearbox, and Snow BMW Portsmouth diagnosed it and said that a new gearbox was required. The price was high, and I was unable to pay it. They tried to negotiate a lower price for me, and in the end, they replaced the gearbox at no cost to me after a two-week delay. My gosh, what a mess!

Within five minutes of my arrival at the dealership, I was greeted with a curtsey and had an appointment for a test drive with a mechanic so I could identify the problem with my car. I received regular updates and a resolution to the problem, which was obviously caused by poor maintenance in the past. Equipped with this knowledge, I can return to the prior supplier and correct their subpar repair. Overall, Macey Fullerton delivered a wonderful, traditional, honest client experience that is a credit to both her and Sytner.
