compaing regardingwaterleak at no6 BALGOWNIE COURT having discovered water appearing up from under laminate flooring in hallway kitchen and lounge,finally traced to leak coming down from above apartment through concrete and running downoutside of main drain running through apartment block.contacted person in flat6 to check his cupboard and found cupboard full of clutter only to find leaky pipework.he replied doesnot go into cupboard and due to water found in my appartment been leaking for quite awhile asked him to contact emergency repairs to stop leak and more damage to my property.then spoke on phone to emergency number asking to speak to plumber when he finished reparing leaks,was told the plumber would be in formed.have had no contact with repair man as thought it would be a courtesy to in form me that problem repaired and maybe ask or check damage to my flat ,apparently not,have now taken photos of damage to keep a record forwhen i contact my insurrance. again very disappointed by lack of interest in what damage done.
