It was very simple to register online, and I was able to locate all the information I required. I believe I typed in the wrong number when entering my direct debit information, and I received an email promptly informing me of the mistake. When I called customer care, the gal I spoke with was incredibly kind and accommodating. She even muted the call recording when I provided her with my account information so that the direct debit could be set up. I've just had the policy for a month and haven't needed to make a claim.

Although I don't often write reviews, I felt compelled to do so after getting such excellent service from Better Buy Insurance. Wonderful, amiable contact centre employees who were very productive and helpful. Within four days, my broken phone was sent, mended, and sent back to me. I am really pleased with this insurance provider, and I have nothing but praise for them.
