I recently got the opportunity to get in touch with Derbyshire Dales District Council about a number of issues and questions. I am really appreciative of Derbyshire Care Services' Registered Manager, Sarah Kingsley, for initiating the process of addressing my mother's emergency requirements. She got in touch with the appropriate social worker, who scheduled an appointment for someone to come fix my mother's broken light switch—neighbours had advised me it had exposed wires and posed a risk of electrocution. It's amazing my mother didn't turn into toast since I had to wait weeks for social services to handle that.
persisted in pressuring social services to assign a social worker to handle her mother's banking issues. I had also been waiting for a long time for a response to that request.
Without Sarah, I have no doubt that we would still be waiting until this day; otherwise, my mom would have become the next Ted Bundy. Many thanks
