Because the item was out of stock, I had to cancel my order. I emailed their customer support, and the people who answered were really kind. I decided to have the same item shipped in a different size, and they even reimbursed the shipping cost. The item arrived perfectly, just as stated. Although the quality isn't the best because it was so cheap, I can't hold the corporation accountable for the amount paid. The level of customer service is just excellent.
