I solely shop for clothes using PLT's app. Although I never have issues, PLT did not get my return this time. After a few weeks, I messaged PLT, and they resolved this issue for me right away. I'm grateful to Karl.S. for figuring out the issue and processing my reimbursement!

I had ordered and received an item just in time. It was very fast delivery and great quality. The item, though, came faulty; the stitching on the zip was getting in the way, causing the zipper to not work. However, Paula B. was able to help me with my issue, offer amazing customer service, and make life easier by making the adjustments I needed despite the inconvenience. Thank you again for your help.
