I have made many flights with Thomas Cook. They recently took me to Menorca and returned to Gatwick. While returning to Gatwick, we did experience a delay, but that was Gatwick's fault. Despite our delayed departure, we returned on schedule, so that was good. The onboard meals were rather pleasant, and the cabin and check-in staff were excellent. The pilot was excellent. My little brother has autism, and the special assistant staff went above and beyond to make him feel comfortable and joyful. I had a great time travelling with Thomas Cook, and I want to fly with them again to Mallorca in July of next year.

Never had a problem purchasing, paying, or travelling with Thomas Cook Airlines! We recently got back from a Thomas Cook flight to the Canaries, where we had no problems at all. In addition, duty-free shopping is always a benefit (both in terms of products and costs).
