The AA Customer Service: Phone, Email, Contacts.

this is the second time we have been let down by the AA there is no communication for them at all! they are happy to leave you stranded no matter what! first time took over 4 hours to get home and no this time been stranded since 1pm today! the only reason we know what's going on is because i keep calling them.... that's not my job!!

10 mins on line, no answer further
calls kept getting the same response auto message over and over further 15mins .called on a family member for help problem sorted within 15mins what is your excuse??????

I wish to make a complaint. The AA offered me to get my car MOTd at a discount price at one of their recommended garages near me. my car broke down on the 8th June and was taken to this garage in Ashford Kent. was found to have afaulty deisel injector, which is an easy fix, My car is still in the garage now the 18th June the guy in the garage said he is ill and cant do it. The AA reffered me to this garage, from their recommendation. I am a pensioner and we need our car. the guy in the garage works on his own which is illegal under health and safety. Did the AA not VET this garage before taking them on their books. They have the parts to repair it but he is on his own...whats happening about my car its nearly 2 weeks now and as I said we are pensioners and need our car. We reall have been let down by the AA...What can be done ..please we are desperate now

The AA are taking money out of my account, but I am not a member of the AA breakdown service. This concerns me very much. I have tried to contact your complaints dept, but as yet I have had no help. This is theft.

car insurance renewal despite trying the the telephone number on the policy and several on line many times 30 mins plus . No mention of queue length or time. I finally got through to Sharen in complaints and she was very pleasant and solved my problem promptly

The AA The biggest bunch of ???????holes know to the human race.. Just rang to complain again all the bullshit got so much had to hang up and start to write. My first complaint dates back to September this year.. still waitting and paying membership seems really pointless. It took The AA 5 hours to pick me up after I broke down. This proves the company is so shit.. I'm disabled and on there books as priority.. 5 hours fucking shit service
