The Sky Company & BT took more money than they should. Sky charged me for a bt football channel as BT also did. When i found out about this I cancelled contracts with both. I Then receive notice of over due payment for services i did not use. On top of that Sky claimed i had not returned their equipment and tried to charge me for this. i proved my case with a receipt of return and demand some sort of compensation after the time wasted proving my innocents. Sky then referred my case to the Debit collector

News articles
City where company is located (optional): Narara

Every morning I enjoy making a cup of coffee, turn on my laptop and browse the headlines on the Edge web page. Every story headline with a negative attitude towards the Labor Party has the Sky News logo. I like to read news from an objective point of view and gloss over your articles as it seems you’re a team of columnists rather than journalists. I am not particularly left or right wing, but I think you may turn me. What, exactly, is your destructive agenda? The good news is that we have a new government so get over it and stop stirring up negativity. The new agenda for Australia is to repair international relationships with counties that the Morrison government destroyed, to stop persecuting welfare recipients, to acknowledge our first people as human beings, to advance technologies in renewable energies and to stop this idiotic fear campaign on refugees who come here on boats. While I’m not sure that this new government is capable of fixing this, history suggests they could come closer to it than the previous lot. We are not at war with China, we are not overrun with illegal immigrants, and we are still a great nation of intelligent people. Be positive, we are all sick to death of negativity. Start believing that your readers have a brain and realise the agenda is to keep billionaires sponsoring the great divide between the right and the left.

Sky refunds

If I could give zero stars I would. I have been with sky for 14 years. Moved house and partner set up new sky account. Sky engineer took my Sky box away. I was being billed for the service for a further 18months. When I noticed I contacted Sky to be told I hadn't officially cancelled my subscription so despite the fact that Sky had my box and I couldn't physically receive the service, they are refusing me a refund.

Telephone & Internet
City where company is located (optional): WHITSTABLE

I had been without my internet since early yesterday morning (8/2/21). However, I have just managed to get it back yet again as it keeps dropping out and in again. This said my telephone is still not working properly. I have tried to telephone Sky on several occasions since yesterday but all I get is a text telling me to go on line. However, what was the point of this if I had no internet. What I wanted was to speak to a real person and not an automated voice. I also downloaded the Sky App however, this was next to useless because the system would not accept my Sky username and password despite renewing the latter. What is the point of having a telephone number and an App is they do not provide me with access to a real person. I have been a Sky customer since 2005 and right now I am not impressed!!

After an initial failure by sky to process my upgrade. i got thru to the complaints department and a lady called Trisha. She took ownership of the problem and forced a solution within a matter of days. She kept me updated and her communication skills were excellent. Trisha proved to be a great ambassador for your company, and I have nothing but praise and gratitude for her help in this matter
