UNFORTUNATELY I TRIED TO DO THIS REVIEW WITH ZERO RATINGS BUT THE WEBSITE STATES MINIMUM YOU CAN ADD IS 1 *. EVEN THAT IS TOO HIGH. My experience with Ryanair was disgraceful. The staff were very rude. They said I had to pay 55 euros because I had not checked in, despite me stating there were problems with the internet in the airline terminal. They said pay it or pay for a new flight. I then had to queue for over 30 minutes to try and sort this out, nearly missing my flight in the meantime. Then I was told they're going to charge me 78 euros! They said we're still going to charge you even though we're not sure you're going to get your flight. If you can't board the flight you'll have to buy a new ticket. DO NOT TRAVEL WITH THIS COMPANY . THEY ARE A DISGRACE TO THEIR INDUSTRY. THEY'RE ONLY CONCERNED WITH FINANCIAL PROFITEERING. YOUR ADDITIONAL MONEY IN THEIR POCKET. Whilst the airline staff were doing the demonstration talk, the Pilot interrupted them, so they all stopped. The plane was late taking off. We all through it was going to topple over during landing, it was that abrupt and uncontrolled landing. I was sat next to the exit door. An area around the door was so draught, I was cold, started sneezing and was ill for a few days after leaving the flight. One word "NIGHTMARE"!
