I have no words to express how grateful I am to Dave and the other gentlemen who help with the airport parking. They went above and beyond the call of duty to help us when our car wouldn't start after a two-week break, took us into their office while we waited for the AA to arrive, which took more than five hours, and kept us warm and comfortable. They even went so far as to buy milk so we could have cups of tea. They really went above and beyond what was expected of them.Well done, guys. You were truly fantastic.

I use Newcastle International Airport to get from Boston to Heathrow at least once every two months. I must admit that I adore this airport, and every employee I have dealt with in the last year or so—whether in security or the Aspire lounge—has been excellent, productive, kind, and helpful. That's why it's my favourite airport in the UK, if not by much. If you don't like it, you should try Manchester Terminal 3!
