FLIGHT WAS CANCELLED IN MAY AND STILL CAN'T GET MY REFUND, QUICK ENOUGH TO TAKE THE MONEY BUT THREE MONTHS OF WAITING FOR A REFUND IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING, CANNOT ACCESS THE TRIP ON THE APP AND TRIED CALLING SEVERAL TIMES TO NO AVAIL

I have given you all the information about my flight which was cancelled and you have the nerve to tell me that you can not find my details. This is simply crooked and I will never use easy jet again and that includes my family and friends.
The email you sent me was a no reply which tells me this is a con because you do not want to compensate me. This will go all the media I can think of.

Due to the corona virus,my flight got cancelled out,and for four months i have hheard nothing,at all,i finally got thru on the phone after waiting for 40xmins,all credit gone,i was was lied to on the phone,fobbed offand tod,they never teceived tne flight monies fromwhen i have proof,a refund was made and nwver came back on my card,brazen customer service fob off,and lies,i wont use this company again ever!,they are a fob off!
