Have mis sold my product then lied and lied for 11 weeks ive chased and chased and nothing forcing my otem to go outside the warranty even though i got in touch the same day it was delivered! Shocking service effected my mental health

I bought a beko fridge freezer model no crfg1582w and its broken after 18 months so the guarantee as passed and the compressor as gone already 250 pounds to fix so obviously going to have to get another one but not a beko

Ordered and paid online for cordless vacuum cleaner on 18/10/21, very pleased/surprised to get order acknowledgement the next day confirmimg order number and thst delivery would be made ti me that day!!!
15 days later and despite numerous e mails and telephone calls to every number ptovided, i have no further information or hope that i will ever receive the goods, actually spoke to a real person yesterday who was working from home and coukd do nothing or give me any details - only tell ne an internal e mail with alk the details had ben sent to the rekevant sales dept and i shoukd hear back very shortly. 24 hours later and still nothing.
I would cancell the order but fear i would never get my money back so am carrying on till i get some ray of light. The conract numbers provided just give a recorded message telling you that the customer services office is currently closed, the urgent contsct number tells you that due to current government advice everyone is working from home (this is not the current advice from government.
I cannit believe how this company is operating, a shame because the products are very good and good value. The rating if one star is only because this form requires one and no stars is not an option.

bought a beko fridge 18 month ago and the door is rusting very badly contacted customer service several times they have been totally useless . no appliance should go rusty after 18months. i will never buy beko products again nor should anybody else

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH BEKO OFFICE IN ARIZONA AREA. FIVE MONTHS AS STILL WAITING FOR MY FRIDGE TO BE REPAIR !!!! I HAVE NO WATER, OR ICE. THE FRIDGE IS DEFECTED AND I HAVE HAD THE RUN AROUND WITH TECH'S COMING OUT WITH DIFFERENT PARTS !!! ALSO, THE WATER LINE LEAKED AND CAUSED DAMAGE TO THE FLOOR, AND BASBOARD. I AM WAITING FOR YOUR LEGAL DEPT ( INS CO) TO RESPOND. OF COURSE, I HAVE TOLD AS MANY PEOPLE HOW YOU HANDLE UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS....AND I AM ONE OF THEM...….I HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT "BEKO" IS A "CHEAP" BRAND NAME IN EUROPE.....(I believe it): WHAT A MESS THIS HAS BEEN !!!!

If you have a choice about buying from this company any white goods DON’T!! When our washer/ dryer was faulty the engineer took weeks to come out, said it needs a part then when they were due the second time mysterious the order was canceled! We booked an engineer again they didn’t TURN UP!!! Terrible service!!! I will never, ever buy anything from Beko again!!!!!!!!!

As far as I'm concerned there's nothing to rate I've been on hold over half an hour can't even get a response to book a repair. Once I resolve this problem Beko will be off my shopping list for appliances

I am still waiting for Head Office to contact me after 4 weeks of my appliance suppose to be fixed and losing at 3 loads of food from my Fridge and 2 from my Freezer which were just under a year old, one of the freezer and Fridge loads were due to Beko owns customer service cancelling my engineer visit without my authorised this is a total joke and would expect a reply with 24 hrs and been on the phone to complain at least 20 times waiting for a least 30 min each time which is unacceptable.

They dont reply to emails either which is shocking
