I went to the Cleckheaton branch this morning, and the nice woman working at the front desk graciously showed me where I had to wait to see Clare. Clare helped me fix my tablet after I locked myself out, and I was really appreciative of her patience and determination to see that everything was working again. I appreciate your assistance very much, you two.

I just had the nicest customer service representative ever, but to get my husband to start receiving paper statements, I had to call Yorkshire Bank. The woman who answered the phone in the online department was a wonderful Scottish woman who provided excellent customer service. Supervisors, pay attention.
