We visit Urban Outfitters frequently because it's one of my daughter's favourite stores! We are pleased with the range of options available, ranging from accessories and home goods to more formal attire and sports gear! The staff is consistently friendly and helpful.

Very cordial. Too huge, I had to return an item. They were unable to immediately reimburse me at the store because I ordered it from an online retailer. I thus purchased the correct size in the store. And my account was refunded in less than a day. I was, therefore, rather happy with the way they handled it.
