My Raleigh Motus Derailleur arrived five days after I placed my internet order! I had to return the bike because it was a little too large. It was faster to get a lower-sized bike online and request a refund than to wait for a replacement. My prior purchase was swiftly refunded once the new bike arrived. I can't recommend Raleigh UK's superb and reliable service highly enough. I now have a fantastic Motus derailleur that is a pleasure to ride.
