I made an appointment for my local recycling centre today with Alfred Forbes, who was a really kind and cheerful employee who guided me through the process with ease.Well done, Mr. Forbes.

I just had a conversation with Jenny from the planning team about some information I needed for my property's sale. Jenny was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to fix a problem that could have delayed the transaction. She went above and beyond by looking through records that weren't asked for, but it fixed the issue. Bravo to all of you; the extra mile or three that you went above and beyond the call of duty was greatly appreciated. I'm grateful.
