Five months ago, my son Paul purchased a pair of Murells walking shoes from Millets Fareham, and both shoes were showing signs of extreme wear. Gemma, the shop assistant, looked them over and determined that the wear was not up to par. Without any argument or fuss, Gemma agreed to exchange the shoes for a refund or exchange Paul's receipt. Lisa, the supervisor, agreed on this. The personnel were really supportive.

I placed a store order for some Salomon hiking boots. I received an extra 20% off. They arrived in the store the following day after the order was promptly completed. Sadly, they didn't feel comfortable, so Tabitha suggested trying some other boots. I returned them and paid the difference because I felt the Berghaus footwear fit me better. I was really pleased with my purchase and the support I received.
