It's a pathetic delivery service provider by m&m direct. No response form Cust service just an email from them..no action been taken..it's been 7 days now..we have to sit at the door to take parcel from them..they don't bother to call you..on Knock on the door an despair...
Parcel return to them..that's it I am very disappointed with this service.

I would like to explain my order No 25431578 of Oct. 3, 2021, which I have not received until today.
You sent the order but Hermes did not deliver it to me.
Several times I received an e-mail with the estimated date and time of delivery, each time I was at home waiting for the shipment and each time I found the information on the tracking page still the same:
"We tried to deliver your parcel today but you weren't in or there was no safe place to leave it"
It was take place each time when I was at home. My address is correct and my intercom is working.
I left also special info for the courier on the front door that I'm still waiting for him onle he should use my intercom but for vain.
I have also tried to contact hermes.com to fix this problem. I wrote information about the situation with a request for a reply, until now there is no answer.
In my opinion the courier wasn't here at all not once.
In addition, 4 days later, I placed another order with your company on October 7, 2021 (No. 25587346), which I received without any problems during the first visit by the courier.
On the tracking page still exist information posted on Tuesday 19th October 2021 that:
"We're seding your parcel back to the sender"
which means comeback to you .
So, my question is what now with my order?
Could you explain me this mess?
I do not trust Hermes.
Is there no other option to ship this package? I won't pay Hermes a second time for their lack of professionalism and incompetent couriers.
I will be waiting for your answer.
