Ideal World Customer Service: Phone, Email, Contacts.

Cancelled an item they had plenty of time to redirect the mattress back to them and they said they would do that then says Hermes will deliver but refuse it on delivery.
I rang customer service 3 times they don’t know what they are saying plus cost 13p min plus connection charge. Emailed many times but got mixed emailed what is happening with this mattress. No no to put I. Heremes but on ringing idealworld again it told me my item will be delivered 11/01/22 but no sign yet but on an email a manger says they will reimburse me in the next few days . You can’t do the on line chat it’s so busy. Terrible communications I would recommend buying from them .

Ideal World are let down by their poor delivery service. I ordered a digital cooker specifically for Christmas and it was due for delivery on December 28th. After several phone calls told it was last heard of at local depot on December 18th. No delivery as yet. Very very annoying.

I bought these last year after i started the 2nd 3 month course i found out that i shouldn't be taking them as i have had cancer twice. I returned the amount and within the time scale allowed and they said i hadn't. I only feel well enough now to complain after all these months of having to sheild etc. Over £50 was a lot of money to loose as i am disabled. I was do depressed and disheartened i just threw them away. Just thought i would let you know. Thankyou

Ideal world promised me an upgraded unit as the origional one was sold out..so ideal world are selling units on tv that dont exist. According to iw they tried to deliver to me last week an upgraded unit..this is a complete lie..i havent been out at all..it was for my disabled mum but obviously ideal world dont care about their customers
They have offered me my money back for the origional unit..but i want the unit they promised me..ideal world are trying to con me..

Bought a beldray cordless vac from ideal world developed a fault after 6 month was advised by beldray to phn ideal world and according to beldray it should be replaced but no ideal world are makin me wait 20 workin days a full month to send for repair before they make a decision very unhappy hav had to go out and buy another vac the customer service is very poor a customer should not hav to wait a month on a decision the uronic thing is ideal world are advertising now so obviously plenty in stock unreal

I put one star and that’s being generous, I recently purchased Blue Magic or Blue Tragic as it should be named, I have tried it now on most things you showed on your programme and guess what it doesn’t work, am I surprised, not really. so I’ve just emailed you for a returns label so I can send it back, not impressed I wasted my money and double not impressed that a shopping channel can blatantly lie and sell utter rubbish
