Some months ago I had 4 batteries put into my Casio Thermometer,Barometer,Compass watch having retrieved the watche & paying some £32 for new batteries & having the watch sealed . a day after having had the watch repair I noticed condensation getting into the lens I returned the watch to the shop & was informed that the watch needed a service £165 quoted I couldn't understand however under stress from the staff I agreed & was told that the battery money would be refunded . some Months went passed & due to Covid I didn't recieved my watch back I was howeer told that the watch was locked away safely later when the lockdown ended I went to collect the watch, but didn,t receive the watch no apology or otherwise attitude of staff was to say the least disgusting agin some months later I went to the shop only to be told that a part was needed & that part couldn't be located laterat another time I was told that I would be offered a replacement watch at a discount price eventually I was told that a 40% discount would be offered with the disgusting attitude of staff no way was I going to have any dealings with Samuels I was eventually told to come & collect my watch & bring my receipt, ordinarrilly I might have considered an alternative BUt I repeat the disgusting attitude of staff there was no wy I wanted anthing to do with he Firm . the watch was a gift some 20 years ago & was purchased from Samuels Kingston Branch & always seen to by Samuels or Casios them-selves I have now recieved Claim forms from the Court & m about to make a claim however looking for head office address I came across this form so I thought I would write this & see what the firms reply would be

I am writing to inform the manager of this service, about an employee seen at The H Samuel Jewellers Store, KIlburn High Road, London, in 2003. he is described as afro-caribbean origin, medium quite slim built, medium length corned row hair, wore a suitable clothing and shoes, possibly aged between 18-30 years, sales assistant/other. A customer had given him her mobile phone number. He replied back to her in a teasing disrespectful manner, along with associates. Please could you check into this person and the written mobile number given to him immediately.
