My item was supposed to be mailed, but it never showed up. I opened a case with Etsy as the seller's shop was closed when I attempted to get in touch with them. The case was closed, and a refund was on its way in less than a minute. I'm very happy with the speedy and easy process that was provided. 10/10

This site appears to have a lot of bad Etsy reviews. All I can say is that, in my experience as a customer, everything has always gone well. Although I don't typically purchase anything from outside the UK because shipping is too costly, everything I've ordered has come on time and has met my expectations. I haven't had to file a complaint or ask for a refund yet. Read the store reviews, I suppose, and be careful.
