The fraud behaviour by keeping overpricing and fraud app

I am Ashka kodnani kubavat. I had a awful experience with edreams.

I booked flights for my grandparents from mumbai to london via Paris, Air France was the website.
I checked plenty of connections but in every connection they had written transit visa is required.
However, for this connection it was written that change of plane, that’s it. Nothing else.
It was double the amount from other tickets, which gave me a clue that it’s just change of plane and no visa requirements or self transfer written so I went for the booking.
Later I came to know that we need transit visa for that as well.
I requested them so many times to help me with this. But they agreed to change the booking. I talked to the superivor Raj, but he could not help more and gave me a rate of 712 pounds for change in the tickets. I had already paid 2900 approx for the booking for 3 people.

Later he told me to check them in app and book ahead.

I did check on the app the same dates and that showed me 457 pounds.

There was a discrepancy in their prices by phone and by app.

I booked from the app and I got a confirmation email that it’s being resolved, however after sometime the app stopped showing the update.
Hence I called them again but they mentioned that they have not received my change of flight request.

What a fraud they are. I sent them all the screenshots as a proof.
I requested again for the change from my app, but again they could not confirm the same.

Now they tell me to wait for their technical team call..

Horrible service,
Frauding people with keeping tickets as change of plane.. and the app does not do the work or give them any intimation.
Also, the prices on app and their phone is different as if people are putting the extra money in their pockets.

Hello,
I would like to complain about Dreams.co.uk.
I would like to dispute my payment made to them for flight tickets bought via their website.
I bought return tickets with them for Bulg Airlines London-Sofia . Flight on 19/08/23-09/09/23.
On Thursday 29/06/23 , as Dream prime member I cancelled the tickets online. They sent me email soon after that. that the tickets are nonrefundable by the airlines, but they continue to process cancellation, without confirming with me if I still want to continue with the request. I call Dream customer service straight away and ask them to stop cancellation, because would like to keep the tickets in such case, but they refused. They said that the process is unstoppable, because authorise them to do so, by clicking the button.I told them, that authorise them now verbally to stop it.
At that point and still now they haven't contacted
Bulgarian airlines. could see on my login with eDream is still in process. I contacted Bulgarian air, but they couldn't assist me because complied with eDreams.
I claim that Dreams didn't worked in my best interest as theirs customer, who trusted his money to them. The website is done in way, that doesn't instruct you what to do and doesn't stop nonrefundable fares-the cancellation should be not permitted.
Please could you help.

Flight refund

In December 2022 our family of 5 was sat at the airport awaiting to board our surprise trip for the children when 1 hour before the flight was cancelled. Needless to say everyone was devastated.

After getting over the disappointment, I have tried for 4 months now to get the flights refunded and still waiting; to be told by eDreams that they are waiting for the airline to send the money to them.
I have phoned every week to check on the progress and every week get told the same; we will escalate your refund.
I can’t help but feel that I will never see the money again and am certainly not going to recommend anyone to use eDreams to book flights.
VERY poor service, shame on you.

Horrible company, they never answer your emails, the office in London doesn't exist even though still on website. I waited over one year to get anywhere regarding my refund. Never will l while l have breath in my body use these again. GO ELSEWHERE!

I booked a trip with return for me and 3 family members.

The airline cancelled the flights. In the first days I had VIP membership because of a free trial and likely because of this VIP membership I was able to contact over the phone and they said they would refund me, weeks have passed, the VIP membership is over, I try to call eDreams, but I receive a recorded msg saying they can't help me, they only help people travelling in the next 14 days (my trip would start in around 30 days).

When I use the chat bots to check "refund status", the chat bot says there isn't any refund in progress. If I go to "my trips" and press "cancel trip", it gives a msg I will be charged a fee for cancelling the trip.

I need my refund to book other flights (flights for 4 between Europe and South America isn't cheap). If I leave it to the last days, the flights will be very expensive and only very long flights.

If they can't handle the support, limit the sell. For sure they won't do it, but should to keep the support in good level. They want your money to get in, and will delay as much as possible to give it back to you.

Never will buy in this company again!
