Repairs by Camden Council. I am a high-rate disabled person, and I called Camden Repair on Saturday morning because I didn't have cold water and my toilet wasn't working. The plumber they dispatched said, "I don't want to fix anything because this is not an emergency job; this is an emergency job on the weekend," and he turned to leave. When I rang again, he added, "It's going to cost you money if you call one more time."" I stated that I had disabled my toilet and was unable to use any other toilets, but they disregarded me and said there was no water and the toilet wasn't working. That's what he said. When the caretaker arrives once a day, he starts cleaning the toilet from my side. London 2023, but in 15 years of Camden Council—I can't believe it. I'll give them another call on Monday morning, but I have no doubt they'll reject everything and schedule a meeting for the next two to four weeks. I dealt with extremely nasty people on the phone who never listened to me, cut me off if I didn't want to chat, didn't grasp the situation, disregarded my complaints, and provided very terrible service.

The members of Camden Council are quite stupid and frequently interrupt and talk over locals. It is quite evident that they have no regard whatsoever for the locals.
