I don't buy any cadburys chocolate any more they are a complete rip off I bought a large fruit and nut there were 4 tiny prices of nut what a rip off and the size of the other bars are so small now soon you won't be able to see them plus's thinner chocolate you are a horrible company riping people off all the time never again will I buy cadburys and the others and the price you charge is a joke

Just bought a bar of whole nut choclate thinking theyll be lots of nuts in it .i got THREE YES THREE NUTS what a waste of money robbed

I have bought Chocobake biscuit from my nearby shop. I have not get enough taste from Cadbury Chocobake biscuits. My daughter and wife also said this same complaint. At the same time we buy Dark Fantasy Biscuits and it is having a good taste. Why Cadbury Chocobakes going down in the market. Improve and adding new technique for tasty food only make u to stand.

I got waste inside packet. Seems they are selling expired product while the expiry date in packaging was yet to come.

Who are you people ? Who thinks its a good way to sell candy showing a disgusting commercial that makes me want to go throw up NOT go out and buy your candy. One star

Opened a packet of chocolate biscuits today to find that you can clearly see the biscuit base at the bottom ..i have found that the chocolate over the yrs has got thinner and thinner ..todsy was a disappointment to now be able to see the base of the biscuits due to not much chocolate on the top..i have always eaten my favourite biscuit for as long as i can remember..im 53 now ..please can you either reinburse or send me another packet of biscuits with chocolate on the too please ..thank you Mrs Loynd a loyal customer ..my rating will be full stars if my biscuits meets my standard

RECENTLY since a year and 2 i feel really demotivated while sipping my morning hot BOURNVITA.

Why has cadbury changed their chocolate biscuit selection and put orios into it. They e spoilt our xmas and my 70th birthday which is on xmas day. Please cadbury why can't you make with and wiythout orios. Pretty please

To the complaints Department,

I had not seen my son and 14 week old grandson for 8 weeks even though they lived a few suburbs from me. This was due to the COVIDSafe Crisis.

My son made the effort to celebrate Mother’s Day by organising a Cadbury Mother’s Day Box to be delivered to my home. I was thrilled.

I would like to rate this gift/ experience.



Effort by by son. 10. He choose Cadbury because he loves your chocolate.

Delivery. 10 Package arrived early and in very good condition.

Package. 8. 4 boxes including envelope a bit wasteful.

Card. 10. My son wrote a beautiful card which was transcribed very well.

Contents. 2. Very poor. To me it looks as though you were clearing out your warehouse.

Value. 2. Poor. Contents value would be lucky if it was $15.



I feel Cadbury took advantage of our children who could not see parents because of the COVID 19 Crisis.

You also have damaged the reputation of Cadbury and Australian Made products. There are many more companies out there that would give you better value.



I had not intended showing my son but with easing of restrictions he checked out my cupboard and was surprised and disappointed at contents.
