A big thank you to the B&M employees at Broomhall, Worcester, for their thoughtful assistance when my mother passed away outside the store. Although it's usually easy to pass by and stay out of the situation, they moved quickly to get blankets out for her to stay warm as we waited for the ambulance. Giving kindness is free, but receiving it is invaluable. I'm happy to report that she's back at home, healing.

Customer service suggested I return the quilt cover with the receipt and speak with the staff at the store after I purchased it, even though it didn't come with pillowcases. When I requested to speak with the manager, a kind woman named Jess arrived to assist me. She was extremely helpful and apologised profusely, offering me pillowcases from another box and picking up the one that was on the floor. Her customer service was exceptional, and my issue was handled quickly and without hesitation.
