At Bathstore in Saltney, Chester, I've had the best planning experience and most affordable bathroom solution of any firm I've ever used. My advisor, Laura specifically, provided me with a solution that was at least £800 less expensive than the other price I had from another source. Both she and Lauren have strong attention to detail and customer service. Thank you, Bathstore! If I ever need anything more, I'll be back!

When I contacted them about the leaky bathroom tap, I was informed that the new Bathstore—which is now a part of the Homebase group—would not honour the guarantee because I had purchased the bathroom before it was made. Rather, they emailed my tap's specifications along with comprehensive repair instructions. Links to websites selling parts were also supplied. I fixed it myself and paid £12 for the part. Overall, excellent.
