had auto insurance with AXA. All of my inquiries and requests for changes have been promptly and courteously handled. My last phone conversation with them was with Jamie, who was excellent despite the fact that I was leaving and getting a refund. The only thing that made me leave was that they couldn't get insurance for the new automobile I was buying. I heartily endorse.

When I had to file a damage claim on my landlord's insurance, I was scared. I've had a bad experience with insurance companies in the past because they usually do everything in their power to avoid paying, so I was happy with the care I got from AXA. I am quite happy with the service and would definitely suggest it. They paid my claim without any problem and made the entire process so simple.
