I had an excellent experience at Birmingham Airport with Avis! After a hectic workday, I arrived late from Ireland. The staff was excellent—very kind and quick to assist—and I believe I left with the car in less than twenty minutes. I apologise if my spelling is incorrect. The person behind the desk was incredibly polite and efficient. Overall, excellent experience; I'll definitely use them again!

We were detained in Washington, DC, since our flight was delayed, and I was trying to bring my mother back to Tennessee. After spending the night in Washington, DC, the airline informed us the next morning that all of the flights were booked and we would not be able to go that day. To find out if we could rent a car so I could travel to Tennessee, I went to the Avis desk. That morning, Meti Fekadu was manning the counter. Meti was so kind and helpful, and she had a car available for me to rent right away. He gave a detailed explanation of your policies, and the transaction went well. I have rented cars before, but this was the nicest experience I have had so far. Because of Meti Thanks to his excellent assistance and enjoyment, Avis has won a new, long-term client!
