if i could i give a minus rating, i have had a threatening letter for an account debit of £82.47..any one would think it was £82,000.00... I have their meter for 25 yeas + there has only 2 ever been occupants in the property in this time "we do not use any more water now" than we did when we first had the meter fitted yet the bills have increased significantly...this can only be due to Severn Trent increases their prices, one other issue i have is the 2 standing charges for their services, i repeat 2 standing charges, one for water supply & the other sewerage , but this is the same company... ITS JUST A GREEDY RIP OFF

Sorry but me and my wife have been discussing my work place and I just thought that Severn trent should know that their approved contractors "brays pipelines" have various people sub contracting for them that are using Class A substances , I have raised this with them but had no feedback and just seems to get brushed under the carpet , especially in the find and fix teams and rein gangs , after long thought and to endeavour to stop any serious accidents I write this email , we are constantly told to break the law effectively by no having the right equipment for the job , overloading and fly tipping to save money ,I didnt want to contact OFWAT , but hope this can be sorted out so I can work in a safe environment and not have to break the law to come to work , thanks ,, C B

No ackowlegement of issue drawn to Severn Trent's attention via letter.
City where company is located (optional): Letter addressed to Darlington office.

I erroneously paid Severn Trent 600 GBP due to 'fat finger 'mistake when doing some telephone banking. Having written to them in Darlington several weeks ago I haven't had the courtesy of a reply. I will write directly to Olivia Garfield to seek repayment of the mistakenly paid money. Otherwise their services are fit for purpose and adequate.
